Audit log
Temprix records every data mutation in an immutable audit log. Use it for compliance, troubleshooting, and understanding who changed what.
What’s recorded
Section titled “What’s recorded”The audit log captures all create, update, and delete operations on workspace data:
- Member and team changes
- Event creation, edits, and deletions
- Event category and type configuration changes
- Workspace settings updates
- Role and invitation changes
Each entry includes the actor, timestamp, action type, and affected entity.
Viewing the audit log
Section titled “Viewing the audit log”Two surfaces show audit data:
- Settings → Audit log — searchable, filterable list of recent mutations
- Reports → Audit Log Activity — aggregated activity over a date range with charts
For day-to-day “who changed this?” questions, use Settings. For trend analysis (“how many events were created this month?”), use the report.
Retention
Section titled “Retention”Audit log entries are retained for 6 months on all plans. Entries are immutable — they cannot be edited or deleted by any user, including workspace owners.
