Members & roles
Members are the people whose schedules and capacity you track. This page covers adding members, roles, and the free-tier member cap.
Member vs. user
Section titled “Member vs. user”A user is an account that signs in to Temprix. A member is that user’s presence in a specific workspace. One user can be a member in multiple workspaces with different roles in each.
Adding members
Section titled “Adding members”- Go to Settings → Members.
- Click Invite member.
- Enter the email address and select a role.
- The invitee receives an email with a link to join the workspace.
Members appear on the timeline once they accept the invitation and are assigned to at least one team.
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access including billing and workspace deletion |
| Admin | Manage members, teams, event configuration, and group events |
| Member | Create and manage own events; view timeline and reports for their teams |
Roles are assigned per workspace. An owner in one workspace may be a member in another.
Removing members
Section titled “Removing members”Admins and owners can remove members from Settings → Members. Removing a member deletes their future events from capacity calculations. Past data remains in the audit log.
Free tier member limit
Section titled “Free tier member limit”The free plan includes up to 10 members per workspace. When you reach the limit, Temprix blocks new invitations and shows an error linking to this page.
To add more members, remove inactive members or upgrade when paid plans launch. The limit applies to active members — pending invitations count toward the cap.
