Reports

Temprix includes four reports under Reports in the navigation. Each answers a different question about how your team spends time and how data changes over time.

Capacity Outlook lives in the Capacity section — cross-linked here, not duplicated.

Time Distribution

Question it answers: How is time distributed across event categories for a team in a period?

Shows a breakdown of capacity-weighted time by category — Time Off, Training, Ops, etc. Use it to see whether your team is spending disproportionate time in one category.

Member Time Breakdown

Question it answers: How does each member’s availability compare within a team?

Shows per-member capacity totals for the selected period. Identifies who carries the most time-off load and who remains at full availability.

Use alongside Reading the capacity outlook for forward-looking planning; this report is retrospective.

Member Events

Question it answers: What events were logged in a period, and by whom?

A tabular list of member events with type, dates, modifier, and member. Use it for audits, exports, and verifying that events were logged correctly.

Audit Log Activity

Question it answers: How much mutation activity happened in the workspace over time?

Aggregates create/update/delete operations from the audit log into a chart. Useful for understanding setup activity (many creates during onboarding) or ongoing change volume.
