Temprix is team capacity planning software for support and operations teams. It tracks time away from full availability — vacations, training, on-call, holidays — and shows team capacity as a number, not a feeling. See Core concepts.

What’s the difference between Default and Demo datasets?

Default gives you a clean workspace with standard categories and types but no sample events. Demo includes pre-configured events so you can explore the timeline and reports immediately.

A member at 0.5 capacity is half available on that day. A team of four where one member is at 0.5 has a total of 3.5 — not 3, not 4. See How capacity works.

Why does the timeline show one thing but capacity shows another?

When events overlap, the minimum modifier wins for capacity, regardless of visual stacking. See Modifiers & precedence.

How many members can I add on the free plan?

Up to 10 members per workspace. See Members & roles.

Can one person belong to multiple workspaces?

Yes. A user account can be a member in multiple workspaces with different roles in each.

Yes. Members can create events for themselves; admins can create events for any member in the workspace. See Creating & managing events.

Admins create group events using the Holidays category (modifier 0.0) targeting the relevant teams or members. See Group events & holidays.

What happens when I edit a recurring event?

You can edit the entire series or a single occurrence. Series edits apply to all future instances; single-occurrence edits affect one date only. See Creating & managing events.

Temprix is built in the EU with EU data residency. Personal data does not leave the region. Details: Privacy Policy.

Yes. Workspace owners can delete a workspace from Settings. Deletion is permanent. See Workspaces.
